About ADA Check
ADA Check is a service that aids businesses, schools, public bodies, housing authorities, churches, and boating/recreational and amusement facilities to remain compliant with Federal Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements. We are a certified women-owned business through the SBA and employ multiple people with disabilities, including disabled U.S. Veterans. Our founding principals have multiple children with disabilities and navigating these complexities are a function of our lives.
We conduct full onsite ADA Reviews of existing policies, facilities, and programs to assess compliance with ADA requirements, and most of all that your services and facilities are able to be fully enjoyed by everyone. We offer full ADA Coordinator service subscriptions for localities, public housing authorities, school districts, and other entities covered under Title II of ADA. Need assistance with Title I Employment matters, we have expert advisory services for both public and private sector businesses with 15+ employees.
Our team of industry experts, some of whom have their own physical disabilities, brings a hands-on approach and personal disability perspective to every review. Every ADA Check includes a detailed, comprehensive report using industry standard matrices and will satisfy ADA Self-Evaluation requirements for public bodies. While churches and other places of worship are generally exempt from many of the ADA Title III (Public Accommodations) requirements, we can assist your faith-based facility to build a culture that is inclusive, welcoming, and empowering to individuals and families with disabilities. In-depth onsite evaluations utilize industry standard tools to measure your building and/or facility's compliance with key ADA standards.
